Your circle of influence includes your current downlines, family, friends, religious denominations, associations, or groups. So, let us practically demonstrate it. Suppose you are a distributor in Lagos who wants to set up a team in the South southern part of the country, first let it be a city with either our depot or a stockist outlet to make it easy for your new team to be served effectively.

Next, find out who among the people that constitute your circle of influence that belongs to a group, association, or professional body and set up seminars in these cities.
